I chose to write about my personal study of Art and the artist’s life. Art has been a major and significant part of life for as long as I can remember and the consequence of my deep-seated love for this discipline. I do not know fully as to why, as you will note in my writing, but with a whole life of excitement having lived it, and in the act of creating it, will be sufficient evidence.

I am now aware that my studies in art have been as much about me as the study of art itself. Other attractions sidetracked me for a time, yet I was always excited in getting back and with greater curiosity. It occurred to me that I may have made drawings in my mother’s womb before birthing, much like those persons who created remarkable drawings on the Lascaux caves from ancient history.
